The hotel had a fabulous location, just a short walk from various attractions. The staff went out of their way to help us plan a family trip to Murano to see the glassmaking, which was a highlight for our little one.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options nearby.

Perfectly located a short walk from the boat bus stop and major attractions, the ambiance was enchanting with lovely decorations. Despite the economy room being quite small, it was immaculately clean and comfortable, suited my solo style well. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, making the whole experience warm and welcoming. The only drawbacks were the limited shower space and a rather hot room that required opening the window to cool down.

The location was ideal for exploring Venice, close to St Mark's Square. We had a simple yet cozy room, and the cleanliness was commendable. A delightful surprise was the nearby Osteria where we enjoyed a lovely dinner after doing laundry, making it a convenient evening outing after our travels.
No elevators made carrying luggage a challenge.

The hotel boasts a charming old-style décor that adds character, immediately immersing you in the local ambiance. Fast WiFi made staying connected easy. You're a short stroll from iconic attractions, perfect for those impromptu breaks during sightseeing.
Though a historic building brings charm, it comes with the challenge of no elevators, which can make hauling luggage a real chore, especially up multiple flights of stairs. Some rooms are pretty snug, making it hard to maneuver if you’ve got bulky bags. The air conditioning’s effectiveness might not impress during warmer months, so be prepared for options like opening windows, which can lead to some unwelcome mosquitos joining you in bed.

Centrally located, just a five-minute walk to major attractions, the convenience can't be overstated. The staff was both friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. the lack of toiletries and cash-only policy for amenities was inconvenient. Leaving room keys at the reception felt insecure, especially with personal belongings inside. the shower space was quite cramped, needing improvement.
